Kickbox

In class, participants are guided trough techniques under professional supervision by an experienced coach. We regularly train in pairs and work with our partner by doing drills, mitt work and light sparring rounds. Our Kickboxing classes are really popular and are a great way to meet people and get in shape.

To be eligible to join our Intermediate class, participants must first finish a beginners class. All member have a 50% discount on our beginner classes.

After the beginner class, members are mixed in with a more experienced group so they can train with more advanced and senior individuals.

Our head kickboxing coach is Haraldur Arnarson.

Kickbox 2:

Monday - Thursday: 19:15 - 20:15

Friday Sparr: 17:15 - 18:15

Kickbox1 - Beginner Classes: We host a variety of beginner classes. 4 week long, 1 week and one weekend long, so everyone should be able to find a class that fits their time schedule.
