Young Adults: 10 - 14 year old and 14-18 year old.
In the class we emphasize basic techniques from various combat sports, therefore the class should be suitable for most people. We focus mainly on Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and Kickbox. We train three time per week at the hours listed below.
We emphasize social connections and team spirit in these classes and encourage participants to travel abroad for competitions together. The group gets together a couple of time during the semester and we aim to train or compete abroad at least once per year.

Classes
10 - 14 yo. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 16:15
Equipment: Gi outfit, shorts and t-shirt, boxing gloves.
14 - 18 yo. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:15 and Saturdays at 11:10.
Equipment: leg guards, MMA gloves, shorts and t-shirt, mouthpiece.Spring semester for 10 - 14 yo. starts on Wednesday 08. January and ends on the 23rd of May.
Spring semester for 14 - 18 yo. starts on Thursday 09. January and ends on the 22nd of May.

Price for the semester: kr. 56.500kr

Coaches and supervisors
Magnús Ingi Ingvarsson is the head coach for young adults aged 14-18.
Magnús is a professional MMA fighter, he has a black belt in BJJ and has one multiple prizes in combat sports.
Magnús has worked with children and young adults for almost a decade and has obtained great knowledge and experience within the field.
Hrafn Þráinsson is the supervisor for children and young adults at RVK MMA as well as being the head coach for our youngest members.
Hrafn is an educated sports and health professional from the University of Iceland and has manged our young athletes for some years now.
Hrafn is a blackbelt in BJJ and has competed both as an amature MMA fighter as well as being an active competitor at BJJ tournments in Iceland.
